Model Portfolio | Manchester Advertising Photographer

I had a tentative dip back into the studio last week, the effects of the dreaded Covid are still wreaking havoc on myself and the industry but as I am allowed back into the studio I took advantage and shot a test editorial photoshoot.

Myself, Natasha from Industry Models, Talented Hair Stylist Richie Harvey and Kate Simpson on wardrobe duty took to Editorial studios in Manchester to create some fresh imagery for each of our portfolios. Natasha has a real premium, sophisticated look and we decided to steer into that and create some ‘High End’ images.

We did two distinct set ups, first was a ‘Premium E-Commerce Photography’ look and the second a more editorial vibe and we even played about with shooting some portraits through a clear perspex sheet which I suppose we could call ‘the new normal’.

Hopefully we will resume to normal soon and I can be involved in full commercial  advertising photoshoots, but for the time being it was good to dust off the camera and get the creative juices flowing.
