I love beauty photography, there’s something satisfying about filling the frame with a striking face and using every megapixel to show every detail in a models face, as I have stated before I consider myself more of an allrounder than a beauty photographer, fashion photographer or fitness photographer but beauty is one of my favoured genres.

Beauty Photography in 2020

Recently I have found myself hoping more people come into this field and shake it up, certain looks have been popularised by photographers and everyone seems to be jumping on the same bandwagon, I too am guilty to some extent and that’s one of the reasons I haven’t shot beauty in a while, I want to come up with something different from the beige background, shiny skin look.
